Proper Care for the Hair
Most people, especially women feel the need to change their look occasionally. Aside from changing outfit, most of the people do it by hair styling. They change their hair color, curl their hair with a curling iron and when they want it to be straight, they have their hair go through some treatments like hair rebonding and hair relaxing. However, constant styling can lead to a greater hair problem and that is having damaged hair.

Some of the signs of a damaged hair are having a rough texture, having a spongy texture when wet, being susceptible to breakage and having a hair fall. Blow drying and could also contribute to the hair’s dryness and being frizzy. To rescue your hair from being similar to a bird’s nest, you should use a conditioner that is moisture and protein-rich. Also, if you can’t help yourself styling your hair, you should use a leave-on conditioner. In some cases, some people having a severely damaged hair choose to cut it off for the hair to have a fresh start.
In all things, whether it is the health of your body or even your hair, prevention is always better than cure. Thus, we should avoid things that may severely damage your hair so that in the end, you won’t end up using expensive conditioning treatments and products.
